These are a classic Charlotte Olympia shape, of course, and I am crazy about the subtle use of colour blocking here. I've been loving the red+pink combo a lot lately, and I think that because the pink is limited to the back of the shoe, it works. It's not over the top, it's just a little quirky twist to an otherwise extremely elegant evening shoe. Too bad these are waaaay out of my shopping budget, even if I still were shopping, but if you wear my shoe size (4,5 or 5), you can buy them at Selfridges. Don't forget your friend Visa however, cause these Masako platforms are £595... Ouch!
