Cardigan and tights (H&M),
skirt and bow belt (Asos),
tshirt (Dorothy Perkins)
and shoes (New Look) |
I'm usually not a very matchy matchy person, but when I bought this skirt a couple of weeks ago I knew I wanted to pair it with something else than just another black top. So when I bought a ton of tshirts in all kinds of different colours from the Dorothy Perkins sale (£2!), I made sure to include a blush one in my virtual shopping cart.

You'll need a good eye and a good screen to see the pink |
Rather than to coordinate it with yellow, the obvious choice, I used the blush pink in the skirt's print to plan my outfit around. I already had the little belt and the shoes (they are the pink sisters of
these and
these), so that worked out pretty much perfectly. I wore this outfit to work and then headed straight to a birthday party afterwards. Even my mum gave me a compliment, and she's very selective with those.

Like a ballerina, but not quite |
Also, let me just say, I already love this skirt. It is perfect for twirling. (not in public though, it is rather short)
Your outfit is beyond adorable, the belt looks amazing with the blazer and your skirt is SO cute, the shoes go GREAT with the outfit.
ReplyDeleteShoeperwoman has a pair of these right? :)
